Head of Global Selling & Partnerships
I lead the Global Account Management Team at Picaro, a Tokyo-based, full-service Amazon agency. We specialize in helping Japanese brands expand internationally, and U.S. and EU-based brands enter and scale in the Japanese Amazon marketplace.
In my role, I drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and build a high-performing team of account managers who execute data-driven strategies across all major marketplaces. From localized market entry and catalog optimization to ad scaling and external traffic integration, we help brands thrive in competitive global environments.
In addition to my work with brands, I also serve as Director of Partnerships, helping global eCommerce SaaS companies and solution providers expand into Japan. I’ve partnered with leading U.S.-based SaaS firms across advertising, logistics, operations, and data analytics, acting as a strategic bridge between Japan and the U.S. to enable successful market entry and growth.
